About me

You'll find me on YouTube with real games, messy blunders and all, plus the occasional sharp tactical win. If one of my apps makes your chess week a little more fun, I'm already happy.

On YouTube

Chess content creator

On YouTube I play and break down my own games: online rapid toward 2200, and real FIDE tournament games on the road to 2000.

You see the real games too: the blunders, the comebacks, and the occasional sharp tactical win.

By trade

Software engineer

I'm GoudaChess. That's my name online. 28 years old, software engineer in the Netherlands, and chess has become a big passion over the past few years.

I started building apps under this name while also making all kinds of videos on YouTube about my personal goals, like 2000 FIDE or 2200 rapid.

  • Chess Arcade

The ultimate chess minigame experience. Play Guess the Elo, Blunder Hunter, and more.

  • Grandmaster Journey

Replay legendary grandmaster games and explore stories from chess history and today's top players.
